TÜV Süd confirms quality assurance

The ISO 9001 quality management standard is the most widespread standard in quality management (QM), both nationally and internationally. The aim of introducing this standard is to improve corporate performance at every level, for example through process optimization. In this way, quality at Paul Köster GmbH can be assured in the long-term so as to optimize customer satisfaction, efficiency and response time.

Paul Köster GmbH has been certified since April 2003 and is recertified at regular intervals. Following the three-day repeat audit in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and VDA 6.4:2005 last week, the corresponding certificates may now continue to be held.
