Our apprenticeships are versatile and practice-oriented. Here, you can work on customer projects with the support of your colleagues right from the start, and in this way gain your own valuable experience. We do not have any traditional “off the peg” products, which makes our activities and job descriptions very diverse. We offer a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities, from precision mechanics to technical product design to office management.

We are interested in you as a human being, and that is why we attach great importance to a personal conversation with you. At the same time, we want to make things as easy as possible for you, which is why you can apply to us without a cover letter. Simply send us your résumé in tabular form and all relevant documents, such as school reports and certificates, using the online application form, and answer a selection of questions openly and honestly. Then we can get a picture of who you are and contact you promptly.

Our tips for the application interview: Spend some time thinking about what you can tell us about yourself and what you expect from your time with us. We’re also happy for you to bring questions of all kinds into the conversation.

Of course, you can also send us your application documents and cover letters by e-mail or through the mail as you wish. All application methods are treated equally.

Important: You can apply at any time. For maximum flexibility, applications for the start of training on August 1 are even possible until July 15. However, the number of apprenticeship positions is limited, so you should apply directly once you have decided on a profession.

Precision Machinist, specializing in mechanical engineering (m/f/o)

As a child, you wanted your own workbench from an early age and then screwed on everything that was made of metal?! Then precision machinist (m/f/o) might be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will get to know our exciting special machines
  • together with your colleagues, you will take care of the mechanical assembly of the machines
  • you will manufacture the components that make up the systems
  • with a little practice, you will be able to assemble the special machines independently according to technical instructions
  • we will teach you everything you need to know about hydraulic and pneumatic controls

What you should bring with you:

  • an interest in technology
  • manual skills
  • spatial sense
  • fun with metal & math
  • at least a certificate of secondary education with a good average grade (9th school year)


Details about your apprenticeship:

  • Duration: 3.5 years
  • Training location: Medebach
  • Vocational school: Olsberg (1-2 days per week)

Metalworker, specializing in design technology (m/f/o)

Do you enjoy working with metal and do your eyes shine just as brightly as the sparks that fly? Then metal worker (m/f/o) could be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will get to know all the work involved in building metalwork, including, for example, welding, riveting and screwing components
  • we will also teach you how to mark out, cut and shape metal plates, pipes and profiles
  • together with your colleagues, you will produce steel constructions for mechanical engineering
  • with a little practice, you will be able to independently produce components made of light metals and steel
  • you will also build stairs and railings according to customer requirements in this apprenticeship

What you should bring with you:

  • Duration: 3.5 years
  • Training location: Medebach
  • Vocational school: Korbach (intensive course)

Technical Product Designer, specializing in machinery and plant design (m/f/o)

Have you always taken everything very precisely, are you good with numbers and enjoy technology and working with a PC? Then technical product designer (m/f/o) could be the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will learn all about creating designs and technical documents for mechanical engineering
  • you will support your colleagues in the design of innovative special machines with the help of CAD software (SolidWorks)
  • your tasks will include various technical calculations and the creation of functional and circuit diagrams
  • with a little practice, you will create documents such as parts lists and technical drawings independently on the PC
  • you will use CAD software to display individual components or complete machines from different perspectives


What you should bring with you:

  • enthusiasm for technology & machines
  • spatial sense
  • fun with mathematics & physics
  • at least a secondary school leaving certificate (10th school year)


Details about your apprenticeship:

  • Duration: 3.5 years with the option to shorten to 3 years
  • Training location: Medebach
  • Vocational school: Biedenkopf* (intensive course)

*On request, we can provide you with accommodation in Biedenkopf

Cutting machine operator (m/f/o)

Large metalworking machines are fascinating you, and you can't decide whether you would prefer to work directly at the machine or on the PC? Then cutting machine operator (m/f/o) could be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • we will teach you how to machine metals using cutting processes such as turning, milling, drilling and grinding
  • together with your colleagues, you will produce metal components for our special machines
  • you will learn everything about the operation of computer-controlled machine tools
  • with a little practice, you will set up the machine independently
  • you will check your manufactured components using dimensional tolerances

Office Manager (m/f/o)

Are you a talented organizer, do you like meeting people and love doing varied office work? Then office manager (m/f/o) could be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will get to know the business processes in our internationally active company
  • together with your colleagues, you will purchase goods, book invoices, welcome customers and process orders
  • from purchasing to accounting and order processing to sales, you will get to know all business departments
  • with a little practice, you will take on your own areas of responsibility
  • contact with our customers and suppliers is also part of your daily work

What you should bring with you:

  • good communication skills
  • organizational skills
  • fun with using a PC & working with numbers
  • at least a secondary school leaving certificate (10th school year)

Industrial/Automation Engineering Electrical Technician (m/f/o)

You are a passionate tinkerer, have a steady hand and are enthusiastic about everything to do with electricity! Then electronics technician (m/f/d) could be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will learn everything about the installation of electrical components and systems
  • together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of our special machines
  • we will teach you how to configure and program automation systems
  • with a little practice, you will be able to independently take care of the electrical equipment of machines
  • the creation of control programs is also part of your apprenticeship

What you should bring with you:
  • fun with mathematics & computer science
  • enthusiasm for technology
  • a careful way of working
  • at least a certificate of secondary education with a good average grade (9th school year)

  • Duration: 3.5 years
  • Training location: Medebach
  • Vocational school: Neheim (1-2 days per week)

Systems Integration IT Specialist (m/f/o)

Have you been tinkering with PCs and making your first attempts at programming since you were young? Then IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) could be just the right job for you!

This is what you can expect in this apprenticeship:

  • you will learn everything about planning, configuring and setting up IT and software systems
  • together with your colleagues, you will solve all application and system problems in our company
  • your tasks will include working with PCs, laptops, printers and software components
  • with a little practice, you will take on system documentation independently
  • you will take care of the administration, maintenance and care of servers and networks

What you should bring with you:

  • logical thinking skills
  • enthusiasm for IT & programming
  • an interest in English
  • at least a secondary school leaving certificate (10th school year)

  • Duration: 3 years

  • Vocational school: Frankenberg (1-2 days per week)

Attention! We will not be able to offer this apprenticeship until August 2027, all apprenticeship vacancies have already been assigned.
