Software/Automation Employee (M/F/O)

We are looking for immediate placement of a full-time employee (m/f/o) in the software department at our location in Medebach (permanent employment contract).

What tasks can you expect?

  • Creation of SPS programs for our machines (Siemens S7, Win CC, TIA Portal)
  • Programming and commissioning of robots 
  • Commissioning of machines in Medebach as well as at customer sites 
  • Creation of software modules 
  • Execution of all software work required for new project planning/expansion 
  • Monitoring compliance with CE standards and all other standards required for the proper construction of our machines and systems 
  • Monitoring of compliance of the operating equipment instructions from our customers

What profile should you have?

  • Completed vocational training with in-service qualification in electrical engineering or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in automation technology or comparable qualifications 
  • Experience with S7 programming (classic and TIA) 
  • Good knowledge of robot programming (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc) 
  • Ability to work independently and team skills
  • Very good spoken and written German and English
  • High-level language programming in .Net languages desirable

Head of automation technology (M/F/O)

We are looking for immediate placement of a full-time employee (m/f/o) at our location in Medebach (permanent employment contract).

What tasks can you expect?

  • Organizational and disciplinary leadership of the software engineering team in the field of special mechanical engineering and process automation
  • Monitoring compliance of relevant quality standards and laws
  • Management of the software team (25 employees) including personnel development, personnel planning and resource management
  • Coaching and mentoring of your employees
  • Disposal and organisation of the collaboration with external service providers
  • Cost responsibility and controlling for internal and external projects
  • Coordination and time scheduling of project-related resources
  • You are reporting directly to the management

What profile should you have?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualifications 
  • experience with organizational and disciplinary leadership of at least 15 employees
  • good communicational skills and enthusiasm working with your team
  • experience with project management as well as skills in business administration
  • flexibility, capacity for teamwork and high methodological competence
  • very good spoken and written German and English
  • very good handling of ERP-systems, MS Office, Ms Project etc.
