We are looking for immediate placement of a commissioning technician (m/f/o) specializing in mechanical engineering in full-time at the location Medebach (permanent employment contract).
What tasks can you expect?
- commissioning of our machines and systems in Medebach as well as at the customer's site
- preparation and support of machine acceptance tests
- troubleshooting, function control and optimization of our machines
- customer training and production support
- integration of image processing solutions and laser systems
What profile should you have?
- completed training in the mechanical or electromechanical field
- ideally further training as a technician or comparable qualification
- knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics as well as interest in automation technology

Software/Automation Employee - PLC Programming (M/F/O)
We are looking for immediate placement of a full-time employee (m/f/o) in the field of PLC programming for our software department in Medebach (permanent employment contract).
What tasks can you expect?
- Conception and planning of software solutions for our machines and plants
- Programming of PLC controls and HMI systems (Siemens SIMATIC)
- Commissioning of the machines in Medebach as well as at the customer's site
- Configuration and commissioning of the projectspecific drive technology (primarily Sinamics or SEW)
- Creation and commissioning of the relevant safety program
- Development of software modules
- Creation of software documentation and execution of customer trainings
What profile should you have?

What tasks can you expect?
- Holistic programming and commissioning of robot systems of the manufacturers ABB, Kuka or Fanuc
- Offline program preparation and simulation of robot programs
- Design and commissioning of interfaces together with our PLC programmers
- Commissioning of the robots in Medebach as well as at the customer's site
- Setting up the safety configuration in the robot systems

- assembly of control cabinets
- electrical commissioning of machines & plants
- testing of safety devices (emergency stop, AOPD), bus systems (Profibus, Profinet)
- electrical assembly of machines & plants at the customer's premises
- localization as well as analysis of possible errors and disruptions at the electrical installation

What profile should you have?
